SECOND OPINION ELECTRIC – PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
By authorizing Second Opinion Electric to perform work at your property, you (the “Customer”) agree to the following payment terms, conditions, and service-related policies.
1. Authorization & Payment Agreement
A 50% deposit is required upon signing and approving the estimate.
The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the work.
Failure to pay within 10 days may result in interest and collection fees.

If a check is returned or does not clear, the Customer is liable for:

Reasonable attorney’s fees

5. Cancellation & Refund Fees
20% cancellation fee on all approved jobs
3% refund fee on payments made by credit card
5% restocking fee on returned or unused parts/equipment
Permit fees are non-refundable

Contract price will be adjusted to reflect actual costs
Completion timeline will be extended as needed

Unless otherwise specified, all removed parts and equipment become the property of Second Opinion Electric.

9. Entire Agreement
This document, together with any signed estimates or work orders, forms the entire agreement between the Customer and Second Opinion Electric. No verbal agreements supersede the written terms.
